本調査は、審査の質について、ユーザーの方々からの評価、意見等を収集し、審査の質の現状を把握するためのデータとして活用するとともに、審査の質の改善に役立たせることを目的としています。
＜回答方法・期限について＞
●6月20日（金）までに本調査にご回答いただけますと幸いです。
●入力途中の回答を保存することはできません。回答案を事前に複数人で確認する必要がある場合は、調査票ファイル（xlsx）に記入し、ご提出ください。調査票ファイル(xlsx)はこちらからダウンロードできます。→特許庁ホームページ
●提出済みの回答内容を確認することはできません。回答を修正したい場合は、同一の調査票について再度ご回答をいただくようお願いします。
●回答の際、未公開案件の内容が分かる情報を記入することはお控えください。

●ご回答いただいた情報は、本調査の目的のためにのみ使用し、記名・無記名に関わらず、ご回答者様の意に反して第三者へ知らせることはありません。ただし、個人および案件を特定できない状態に集計した上で、情報を公開することがあります。

The purpose of this survey is to collect user evaluations and opinions regarding the quality of patent examination, to use this data to understand the current status of examination quality, and to contribute to its improvement.
How to Answer the Questionnaire and Due Date
● We would appreciate it if you could complete this survey by Friday, June 20.
● Responses cannot be saved midway through the process. If multiple people need to review the draft response beforehand, please fill out the questionnaire file (XLSX file) and submit it.
● Once submitted, you cannot review your response. If you wish to modify your response, please respond to the same questionnaire again.
● When answering, please refrain from filling in information that reveals details of undisclosed applications.
Handling of Information Collected in the Survey
● The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of this survey and will not be disclosed to third parties against the will of the respondents, whether identified or anonymous. However, we may publish information in an aggregated form that does not identify individuals or cases.
● For the consideration of future measures, the response information will be shared with relevant examination divisions as management-only information. Please note that we will not provide individual responses to comments, requests, or suggestions. Additionally, your response will not affect the examination of any individual applications. If necessary, please follow formal procedures such as submitting a written opinion separately. |
